Terms and conditions

We recommend you to read carefully the terms and conditions under which you are making your reservation. It is necessary that you accept the following conditions in order to gain admittance to the apartment.

Tourist Tax:


For accommodation in Barcelona city, the rate will be 9,50 Euros per person, per night. The amount of the fee will be applied to each night of stay, until a maximum of seven nights. Children under 16 are exempt from the tourist rate.

Fees must be paid by credit card 7 dyas before arrival

Change of dates and cancellations:

You should check with the cancellation policy of the platform through which you have booked.


If you have booked directly with Barcelona4seasons:

In the case of cancellation of the booking, the 20% ofthe total amount plus the administration fees, which you would have paid as a booking fee, will not be refunded under any circumstances.

- If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 10% additional will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- Under no circumstances will any amount be refunded once check-in is complete if the guest decides to leave.

Changes made by Barcelona4seasons:

Barcelona4seasons reserves the right to make changes to the already confirmed bookings. In this case, Barcelona4seasons shall be obliged to provide the client with an accomodation of similar or higher characteristics, without the need for the client to pay the difference. If the client does not accept these alternative options, Barcelona4seasons shall refund the amount paid so far to the client. Barcelona4seasons shall not be liable for further demands or obligations to the client.

Deposit:

Please check the deposit terms and conditions for the platform through which you made your reservation.
If you booked directly with Barcelona4seasons, please check whether your apartment requires a deposit. If so, it must be paid by credit card or bank transfer and will be refunded via the same method.


Behaviour:

It is specifically forbidden:
  • To bring in any piece of furniture or to carry out any kind of works.
  • To use the apartment with a different purpose than the one agreed upon.
  • To carry out any activities or behaviour that is not in accordance with hygienic and normal civic standards.
  • Accommodate minors without the presence of their parents during the stay.
  • To exceed the number of people allocated to the maximum capacity of the apartment (except for children under the age of 2).
  • to smoke inside the apartment

Pets will not be allowed unless permission has been specifically granted.

You shall observe the sleeping time between 10 pm and 8 am from Monday to Friday, and between 11 pm and 10 am during weekends.

if you Should you not comply with any of the rules mentioned before, Barcelona4seasons and the property owner shall be entitled to request you and the people accompanying you to leave the apartment without the right to claim any kind of compensation and not refunding the deposit.

Complaints:

Barcelona4Seasons shall not be liable in any case for any inconvenience beyond its control or for events which may arise as a consequence of an accident or force majeure, such as:

Complaints made after checking out will not be taken into account, and therefore, the client shall not be entitled to claim a compensation.


Arrival and departure times (flexible on request):

Check-in: 3 pm to 9 pm.
Check-out: Before 11 am.

Arrival and departure times will be flexible and can be arranged provided there are no other bookings made prior or after your reservation.


The client must always inform us of the approximate arrival time. If the client arrives between 9 pm and 12 am, he/she shall pay a 30 euros extra charge. Arrivals after 12 am and until 2 am shall involve an additional charge of 50 euros.

It is an essential condition to inform us with a minimum notice of one day of your estimated arrival time, otherwise we cannot guarantee your chosen time for the check-in.

Departures after 11 am without specific permission of Barcelona4seasons shall involve an extra charge of a full day.

Cleaning:

The apartment shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of the client, and there will be a set of bed sheets and towels available for every single person, provided at no extra cost. The client may request extra cleaning service during the stay, depending on cleaning service availability.

On the day of departure, the client shall leave the apartment in an acceptable condition regarding tidiness and orderliness. Barcelona4seasons shall be entitled to charge an extra cleaning service if the apartment is not in a reasonable condition.


Liabilities:

Barcelona4seasons and the property owner shall not be liable for any consequence that may arise from the use of the apartment by the client, including damage, injury, loss caused by fire, theft or criminal behaviour.
